As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing fulfillment operations in the US Warehouse, including staff supervision, performance tracking, and process optimization. This role involves managing warehouse functions, setting operational KPIs, and handling analytics and reporting to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Team Leaders within the Distribution Center (DC) specialize in different operational areas, including Inbound, Picking, Outbound, E-commerce, and BOH/Fixtures. Additional responsibilities include administrative and stock control to maintain seamless workflow and inventory management.
Responsibilities :
Order Picking & Product Movement
• Pick and pack orders accurately.
• Manage order fulfillment and returns.
• Prepare performance reports.
Staff Supervision & Leadership
Safety & Compliance
• Address compliance proactively.
Inventory & Stock Management
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock audits.
Logistics & Distribution
• Coordinate shipments and manage 3PL relationships.
Quality Control
• Address product issues and ensure accurate packaging.
Budget & Cost Management
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics.
Safety & Risk Management
• Identify hazards and implement risk mitigation.
Additional Requirements
• Knowledge of US warehousing regulations.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong leadership and critical thinking skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to track KPIs, analyze performance trends, and drive process improvements.
• Experience working in fast-paced warehouse or logistics environments.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
