We are looking for a Civil Project Manager with Land Development experience to oversee project profitability, ensure timely completion, and maintain budget control.
This role involves providing leadership and support to the project team, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and managing project scope, schedules, and budgets.
The Project Manager - Land Development will also coordinate with external consultants when needed and keep clients and internal teams informed on project progress. Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
3+ years in a project management role
At least 7 years experience with Land Development projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage and supervise teams effectively
Knowledge of civil engineering plans and technical studies (drainage, traffic, geotechnical, etc.)
Ability to read survey notes and develop design solutions based on project conditions and client needs
