Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Consultant to develop and optimize applications by selecting appropriate technical solutions, employing design patterns , and ensuring efficient development, maintenance, and performance. The role requires expertise in Azure Logic Apps, Dynamics 365, and Azure Function Apps to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Implementation:

• Interpret application/feature/component design and develop accordingly.
• Code, debug, test, document, and communicate development stages.
• Validate solutions with user representatives and integrate them into the system.
• Select the most suitable technical options, including reusing or improving existing components.
• Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality in development.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Review and create unit test cases, scenarios, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with the testing team to validate project outcomes.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and implement mitigation strategies.

Project & Process Management:

• Manage module delivery and oversee project execution.
• Define and govern configuration management plans .
• Monitor compliance with coding standards, templates, and best practices.
• Estimate effort, time, and resources for development tasks.

Collaboration & Customer Engagement:

• Act as a liaison between business and development teams, clarifying requirements.
• Present design options and conduct product demos.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Influence and improve customer engagement through high-quality solutions.

Team Management & Knowledge Sharing:

• Set FAST goals for self and team, providing continuous feedback.
• Guide and mentor team members to ensure engagement and productivity.
• Contribute to project documentation, reusable knowledge bases, and client repositories.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Proficiency in software development life cycle (SDLC) principles

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in UI development and business software components .
• Knowledge of DBMS, operating systems, and IDE tools .
• Experience with rapid application development (RAD) and interface definition languages (IDL) .
• Strong communication and leadership skills for managing teams and interfacing with customers.
