**Overview** **Pay: $80.00/hr. to $90/hr. (Union Scale) (as listed on the job requisition)** The pay listed is the salary range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. **Sign on bonus available** **Responsibilities:** + Completes assigned **preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance** repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures + Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities + Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary + Assists in emergencies as needed + **Travel to customer sites to provide required repairs, maintenance and service to HVAC units, including chillers, boilers and cooling towers.** + Company vehicle/fuel card is provided + Work on low temperature refrigeration equipment **Qualifications:** + Must be 18 years of age or older + Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available + **Low temp, refrigeration experience** + **Mechanical background** + **Experience with Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers** + Must be EPA Universal Certified + Must have a valid driver license + Looking for 5+ years of refrigeration/HVAC experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience with low temperature refrigeration + 5+ years Commercial HVAC experience \#200 REQNUMBER: 93662
