Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.
• Repair and maintain household appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, washers, and dryers.
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent equipment malfunctions and ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with property owners and tenants regarding repairs, costs, and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and hours worked.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and building regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger repair projects when necessary.

Experience you will need:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to follow directions and learn quickly.
• Must be proficient and comfortable with computer, tablet, and smartphone technology.
