We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and resourceful individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to handle diverse tasks with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication & Correspondence: Manage phone calls and emails with professionalism, clarity, and respect.
• Calendar Management: Schedule, reschedule, and organize business and personal appointments seamlessly. Set reminders and ensure both daily and long-term calendar entries are meticulously maintained.
• Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel for both personal and business needs, including flights, accommodations, transportation, dining reservations, etc. Previous experience with frequent travel is a plus.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving : Quickly learn new tasks, make sound decisions under pressure, and respond well to constructive feedback.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Create and manage pivot tables to organize data, analyze trends, and generate clear and concise reports.
• Event Planning and Miscellaneous Tasks: Manage tasks ranging from simple errands, to coordinating complex events and outings.

Skills:

• Quickbooks knowledge a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
