Based primarily in Columbus, OH with some remote work possibilities, this full-time hybrid role places you at the heart of our company, PLASTILENE, as a strategic player.

You'll be the go-to expert for technical sales and customer support , leveraging your industry insights to build strong, strategic relationships and develop tailored solutions for our clients.

Your Day Will Include:

• Identifying Customer Needs : Pinpoint customer requirements and offer bespoke high-barrier film solutions.
• Providing Technical Support : Deliver hands-on assistance and troubleshoot effectively to ensure optimal product functionality.
• Leveraging Industry Knowledge : Share your expertise to educate clients about the benefits and applications of our products.
• Developing Solutions : Collaborate internally and externally to craft innovative packaging solutions.
• Managing Quality : Ensure all processes meet quality standards from conception to completion.
• Building Relationships : Nurture and grow lasting partnerships with customers.
• Expanding the Market : Seek out new business avenues to boost our market presence in North America.
• Collaborating as a Team : Work seamlessly with various departments, promoting innovation and success.
