The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. As eDiscovery Program Manager, you will manage the Litigation team's eDiscovery ecosystem, supporting all eDiscovery needs relating to litigation, compliance investigations, data subject access requests, and regulatory inquiries. This role will involve extensive cross-functional collaboration with teams within Legal as well as Enterprise Productivity Engineering, Information Security, and Big Data Engineering. You will work within a fast-paced, well-rounded, collaborative Legal team that values humor and team work. Responsibilities + Conduct and coordinate defensible data collections from diverse company content stores including cloud repositories, local devices, and off the shelf enterprise systems. + Administer Relativity, ensure platform health, conduct product upgrades, manage custom-developed Relativity add-on products, and collaborate with partners to ensure business continuity of the eDiscovery network. + Process collected data, apply advanced filtering, conduct analysis, support internal and external review teams, execute document productions, and train case teams on eDiscovery tools. + Manage data retention operations and processes, from a platform level to individual workflows. + Collaborate with teams to preserve structured data from proprietary databases and systems. + Partner with Engineering to drive custom development and infrastructure build-out. + Oversee data acquisition from Windows or Mac computers. Basic Qualifications + Experience with administering Relativity. + 2+ years of litigation support experience at a law firm, government agency, consultancy, or in-house. + 2+ experience with the eDiscovery and Compliance capabilities in MS Purview. + Experience with the eDiscovery lifecycle, related data processing standards/concepts, complex review work streams, and associated protocol development. + Experience with process automation and scripting languages - PowerShell and Python. Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor's degree. + Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification. + Strong Microsoft platform proficiency. + A logical and structured approach to customer service, troubleshooting, and problem solving. + Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to translate tech-speak to the business. + In-house experience with litigation support and eDiscovery. + Degree or coursework in Computer Science or other technical field. + Leading Certifications (CEDS, ENCE, GCFA, CFCE) are a plus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
