Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and dusting
• Handle floor care tasks including buffing and waxing
• Conduct industrial cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
• Support in maintaining the organization's standards of cleanliness
• Perform porter duties to keep all areas clean and organized

Requirements

• Proven experience in custodial, commercial, or residential cleaning
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high cleaning standards are met
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks is a plus
• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
