• Assist with day-to-day support and troubleshooting of Oracle HCM modules, resolving basic user issues and escalating complex ones.
• Perform data entry, validation, and updates using tools like HCM Data Loader (HDL) while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Run and modify standard reports using OTBI or BI Publisher to support HR and business decision-making.
• Participate in system testing, configuration updates, and documentation during system enhancements or module rollouts.
• Manage user access and security roles, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and proper data access controls.
