We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Framer to join our dynamic team in Waupaca, WI. If you have a passion for building and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As a Carpenter/Framer, you will play a crucial role in constructing and framing residential luxury homes, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand and power tools.
• Construct and install frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes.
• Ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on existing structures as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a carpenter or framer, preferably in residential or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
