We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven CAD Drafter to join our expanding U.S. team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in transforming engineering concepts into clear, accurate, and buildable drawings that support some of the most exciting infrastructure projects in North America.

As a CAD Drafter , you will work closely with structural and civil engineers to produce construction drawings, plans, and 3D models for a variety of projectsranging from tunnels and transit systems to utility networks and complex urban infrastructure.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys solving visual and spatial challenges, and wants to be part of a collaborative and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit, based on sketches, redlines, and design concepts.
  • Work on structural and civil layouts for underground structures, utilities, and heavy civil infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with engineers to ensure drawings meet technical standards and project requirements.
  • Assist in creating drawing packages for submission to clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain organized drawing files and contribute to internal CAD standards development.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide support during design reviews or revisions.

 

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or technical certification in Drafting, CAD Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of drafting experience in civil, structural, or architectural engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with Revit, Civil 3D, or MicroStation is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering sketches and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure or transportation projects is preferred.
  • Effective communicator and team player, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to collaborate in a hybrid/remote environment and adapt to evolving project needs.
