Job Description

Take your eDiscovery expertise to a firm that values flexibility, precision, and impactful litigation support. A leading law firm is seeking an eDiscovery Attorney (Off-Track Associate) to support its high-caliber Securities Litigation, White Collar Defense, and Commercial Litigation teams.

 

This hybrid position is a full-time or reduced schedule (minimum 75%) to support your work-life balance while maintaining a dynamic practice.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Review, analyze, summarize, and code high-volume document productions.
  • Draft privilege and redaction logs.
  • Manage eDiscovery workflows from retention and collection to production.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools to evaluate content for relevance and cost-efficiency.
  • Identify critical documents to advance client matters.

 

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active California Bar membership in good standing.
  • Proficiency in Relativity, including keyword search development.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience reviewing and analyzing large document productions.
  • Ability to quickly grasp factual matters and apply them during document review.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
