Job Summary
As a Window Film Installer at CoolVu, you will be responsible for the professional installation of window film products, including solar, decorative, privacy, safety, and security films. This position requires excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Film Installation: Install window film on residential, commercial, and retail glass surfaces in accordance with company standards and specifications.
Site Preparation: Prepare surfaces by thoroughly cleaning and drying them before installation.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide accurate information about the products and services.
Job Site Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites before, during, and after installations.
Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on installations, ensuring all work meets CoolVu’s quality and craftsmanship standards.
Equipment and Materials: Maintain and safeguard all equipment, materials, and tools; ensure adequate supply levels.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and regulations to protect yourself, clients, and property.
Documentation: Record job details, materials used, and hours worked accurately; complete required paperwork and reports.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in window film installation, vinyl graphics application, or related field is preferred but not required. We provide training for motivated individuals.
Skills :
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision
Good communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work on ladders or lifts, and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
Licenses & Certifications: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Certifications in window film installation (if applicable) are a plus.
Work Environment
Location: On-site at client locations.
Schedule: Flexibility required to accommodate varying job schedules.
Compensation
Project based compensation, commensurate with experience.
