This role includes hourly pay plus performance-based commission :
Packages range from $100 to $6,500+ .
High performers who follow up consistently, generate their own opportunities, and close with confidence can realistically earn $1,500–$2,000+ per month in commission .
RISE Modern Wellness delivers science-backed wellness and recovery services that help people improve energy, recovery, body composition, and long-term health. This is an in-person coaching and sales role inside a modern wellness studio.
You’ll guide clients through conversations about their health, recommend services and programs, and follow up until decisions are made.
You’ll also help maintain a clean, professional studio environment and support daily operations.
This role is a strong fit for someone with a background in sales, coaching, athletics, or team-based environments .
