Web Designer

We're looking for a Web Designer to join our Marketing team and help elevate our brand through innovative and high-performing web experiences. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, and the ability to create and execute responsive and visually compelling web assets.

This role will be a pivotal part of our marketing team to help drive our brand forward-your work will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and engaging audiences in fresh, meaningful ways.

As Web Designer, your responsibilities will be to:

• Create high-fidelity, mobile-first designs in Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Iterate on submitted designs based on feedback from stakeholders and preliminary data tracked
• Collect, discuss, act and iterate based on feedback provided by stakeholders and team members
• Monitor website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Work with project management and engineering teams to translate your vision from design to front-end code
• Work with the data and marketing teams to measure conversion data of all deployed assets and collaborate with the team to suggest possible iterations
• Lead A/B and Multi-variate testing initiatives to persistently seek improvements in Key Result Areas influenced by your designs

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, and basic JavaScript.
• Strong grasp of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
• Available to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
