Position Overview Virtual Technologies Group is seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations including shipping, imaging, product repairs, and inventory control. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and safety across all functions while managing and mentoring warehouse associates.
Day-To-Day Duties and Responsibilities - Supervise and support warehouse staff
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and inspection of merchandise
- Manage imaging and diagnostics for tech products
- Ensure workflow efficiency and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve operations
- Operate forklifts and company vehicles as needed (training provided)
Minimum Qualifications - 2+ years of warehouse lead or management experience
- Experience supervising 6–10 logistical personnel
- Basic personnel management including mentoring and instructing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge preferred
Preferred Qualifications - Ability to analyze warehouse data to improve performance
- Strong leadership in tech or electronics handling environments
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to optimize warehouse efficiency and performance
