Job Description

Warehouse Supervisor needs 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
Warehouse Supervisor requires:
-Excel Spreadsheets and Word Processing software
-Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
-Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
-The ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
-Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
-Math
-Minimum of 2 years of college, bachelor's degree preferred
Warehouse Supervisor duties:
-Required to climb or balance.
-Regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
-Train production personnel to perform work assignments safely and efficiently.
-Maintain good employee relations through coaching and consistent application of employee relations policies.
-Submit requisitions for operating personnel to meet established goals.
-Facilitate employee team operations.
-Review and coach employees in accordance with the plant goals.
-Arranges for proper maintenance of machines and equipment.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 25.00 Per Hour
