Job Description

Those with experience in international logistics, cross-border e-commerce, or freight forwarding industry are preferred; Proficiency in Russian is preferred; Flexible working hours; Assist the Warehouse Director in departmental planning, formulate various warehousing and logistics tasks, plans, performance indicators, etc. according to the company's operational tasks, and guide their implementation; Be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily work of the warehousing and logistics department, including: receiving, shelving, picking, packaging, inventory checking, 下架，return and exchange, and other routine warehouse daily work, as well as communicating and coordinating with various departments; Assist the Warehouse Director in team building, including implementing the company's policies, recruiting and training management, communicating and feedback on team performance, arranging corporate cultural activities, etc., to build a hardworking, progressive, and loyal warehousing team; Manage inventory well, be responsible for the collection and analysis of daily warehouse reports, organize and implement regular cycle counts, master real-time and effective inventory, ensure the consistency of accounts, goods, and cards, and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of receiving, warehousing, issuing, and shipping operations; Ensure warehouse safety management, conduct safety education and supervision, guarantee the safety of stored materials, and avoid warehouse damage, loss, or damage of stored products; Other matters assigned by superiors.
