Job Description

10-4 Logistics USA seeks Class A CDL drivers for Eastern regional over-the-road assignments operating modern automatic tractors. Routes run east of I-35, primarily along the eastern seaboard (excluding New York City). Freight is 100% dry van, no-touch; approximately 60% drop-and-hook.

• Compensation : Training pay of $650 during a 4-week in-truck with trainer period.
• After training, pay ranges from $0.55 to $0.65 per mile (experience-based) plus a performance bonus of $0.04 to $0.06 per mile paid monthly.
• Schedule / Home Time : Bi-weekly home time.
• Equipment : Late-model automatic Freightliner Cascadia tractors; fully equipped.
• Benefits : Full benefit package available after 30 days, including life, dental, vision, health insurance options, and 401(k).

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Complete assigned OTR routes to meet schedules and delivery instructions.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; report defects and maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate hours-of-service records and electronic logs.
• Ensure proper cargo handling and securement; follow drop-and-hook procedures as applicable.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers.
• Follow fuel management, routing, and on-road safety procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.
• At least 120 hours of truck driving school instruction completed within the last 24 months (no prior OTR experience required).
• Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and pass required drug screening.
