Dispatcher / Logistics Specialist - Transportation Logistics - Oil and Gas

Job Summary: Join one of the best employers in Denver, a growing regional energy company, as a Dispatcher / Logistics Specialist. In this role, you will manage the transportation and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies to our various energy sites. Collaborating closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams, you will ensure timely and efficient delivery while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, scheduling and tracking deliveries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and carriers.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely receipt and distribution of goods.
• Maintain shipping and delivery records, including bills of lading and shipping manifests.
• Analyze transportation and logistics data for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Resolve issues related to transportation and logistics, such as delivery delays and disputes.

About You:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, industry trends, and logistics best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and logistics software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of energy industry logistics preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
