What’s the position?

We are seeking a detail-oriented Trading Operations Manager to lead our content provision team. This role focuses on ensuring that the operational aspects of content management, competitor analysis, and regulatory compliance are executed efficiently and accurately. You will manage a team that monitors competitor content, analyzes trends, and ensures our offerings comply with regulatory requirements across all applicable states.

The ideal candidate will have a strong operational mindset, excellent team management skills, and a deep understanding of the sports betting landscape and state-level compliance with the ability to drive process improvements while maintaining operational excellence. This position is based in the US only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of trading operations analysts responsible for event and market content provision, competitor analysis, and compliance. Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Direct and manage the team’s efforts in monitoring and analyzing competitor offerings, providing insights into market trends, pricing strategies, and product gaps to improve our positioning.
  • Identify and implement tools, processes, and best practices to improve operational workflows, reducing errors and increasing speed to market.
  • Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content accuracy, compliance adherence, and competitor analysis. Leverage insights to drive operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with the trading team to add or remove content (leagues, markets, etc.) based on trading strategy and evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for unapproved leagues/markets, working closely with compliance for review and approval.
  • Oversee the resolution of operational incidents related to content errors or compliance breaches, ensuring timely corrective actions and continuous learning from incidents.
  • Collaborate with the compliance and legal teams to support entry into new markets, ensuring that all content provision activities align with state-specific regulations.
