A high-growth company with brands in the health and wellness space is looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join their team in beautiful Ogden, Utah!

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Ideally classic CPG training with some high-growth entrepreneurial experience
• High energy, able to hit the ground running
• Excellent cross-functional communicator
• Strong experience and relationships in the natural channel
• Proven track record of successfully managing retail marketing initiatives and driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in tools like SPINS/IRI/Nielsen, retailer-specific POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Scope of Role:

• Establish the Trade Marketing function at Trace Minerals, acting as the primary link between sales and marketing
• Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement trade marketing plans to drive sales, market share, and retail visibility across channels.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with sales, marketing, and retail teams to support promotional initiatives, new product launches, and in-store activations.
• Analyze Data and Insights: Leverage market data, retailer metrics, and consumer insights to optimize trade campaigns and measure effectiveness.
• Manage Budgets and ROI: Oversee trade marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking return on investment.
• Build Retail Partnerships: Work closely with key accounts to enhance brand presence through tailored promotions, displays, and category management solutions.
