Job Description

Description of the role: The Title Clerk at Brad Deery Motors Inc is responsible for managing and maintaining all vehicle title and registration paperwork. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding vehicle documentation. Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify and review all necessary documentation for compliance
• Submit completed paperwork to appropriate government agencies
• Communicate with customers and third-party agencies to resolve any title or registration issues
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all vehicle titles and registrations

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a Title Clerk or in a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding vehicle title and registration
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use relevant software and systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work some evening / weekend hours.
