What you can expect …

· Work with children with Autism one-on-one. We change lives!

· Teach skills & reduce problem behaviors, using a plan developed by a BCBA supervisor!

· Entry level – Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis is not required.

· Training - We provide excellent paid training and ongoing supervision!

Job Type & Hourly Rate:

· Part Time, Fun position working with Children!

· $20 - $23 per hour starting wage

· $20 - $29 per hour after passing additional Parent Consultation certification with our organization

What you will need to have…

· Availability to work at least 2+ weekday afternoons

· Must have Driver's License & reliable transportation.

· Must have High School Diploma or higher

· Must be 18 years old or older

· Vaccination is not required

· Experience working with children is a plus

· TRAINING: Excellent paid training including the 40-hour RBT training. We do not require staff to become RBT certified, but we provide over 40 hours of training that meets the standards of the BACB, Behavior Analysis Certification Board for RBT training.

· SUPERVISION: We teach you with both video training and in person training, so that you are set up for success. Our supervisors guide you on your first day with a child, you are never left to “start up on your own.”

Career Preparation:

· Team members who begin as an ABA Therapist / Behavior Interventionist / Behavior Therapist, are trained and learn how to work with children, using research based behavior techniques.

· This job will prepare you for a variety of careers, and can even help you to become a better parent to your own children eventually!

· Career progression ranges from a Behavior Interventionist / Registered Behavior Technician RBT, to an Assistant Supervisor / Program Manager / Parent Trainer, to a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

· Behavior therapists are eligible for our new and upcoming Parent Consultant Certification program. We love to promote our team members!
