HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver using an Agile methodology
  • Responsible for the development, maintenace, and execution of system and application test plans and packages
  • Ensure all system and application capabilities meet customer requirements through the application of comprehensive testing
  • Work with development team to find system and application issues ahead of major milestone or deliverables to prevent delays in releases
  • Responsible for attesting to the quality and capability of system or application changes prior to every release
  • Apply automated testing procedures as much as possible to optimize and minimize the time it takes to test system changes
  • Document system and application issues using the customer or development team provided bug system
  • Advocate for developer solutions to bugs and ensure they fix the issue
  • Provide weekly / monthly status updates on system / application quality
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies by participating in industry events and conferences.
  • Maintain DOD mandated certifications such as Security+ and other common computing environment requirements as provided by the customer

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Education: Bachelor of Science (or equivalent years of experience)
  • Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
  • Security Clearance Level: Secret Clearance required
  • Per DoD 8140 Requirements, you must possess one of the following (or higher) Certifications: CEH, CFR, Cloud+, SSCP, PenTest+, Security+, GSEC

The likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
