Are you a motivated professional with a passion for leading technical teams and delivering complex projects? We're looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master to lead and support multiple Agile teams in a dynamic, fast-paced enterprise environment. In this role, you'll guide cross-functional teams, ensure smooth execution, and drive the delivery of innovative solutions that align with key business strategies. What You'll Do:

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for enterprise-class technical solutions.
• Drive initiatives in database migration and cloud migration, ensuring stability, security, and minimal disruption.
• Define and track project objectives, timelines, and milestones, ensuring business value delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, DevOps, and support teams to align technical capabilities with project goals.
• Facilitate communication across teams, stakeholders, and leadership through reports and status updates.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, proactively mitigating challenges to maintain progress.
• Coach teams on Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) while blending with traditional PM approaches where needed.
• Support the adoption of CI/CD, DevOps, and testing practices to improve delivery quality and speed.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale Agile programs, leading multiple teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Experience in database migration and cloud migration projects (preferred).
• Experience managing technical teams building enterprise-class software.
• Expert in Jira for backlog management, reporting, and roadmap creation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.
• Proven ability to coach teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
• Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AWS preferably.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification; advanced Agile or SAFe certifications preferred.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
• Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
• Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
