Summary

For over 50 years, Gingerbread Preschool and Child Care Center has been providing family-focused care for children in the Watertown area. We pride ourselves on serving generations of families. Come and join our fun, respectful, open, welcoming team!

Duties

• Provide a fun space for children to learn, grow and explore
• Help children feel safe, secure, and encouraged
• Regular and open communication with parents/guardians
• Support and encourage fellow team members to create a positive atmosphere

Requirements

• Have a positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Be able to work Monday - Friday, flexible hours
• Have a passion for working with children
• Take CPR/AED training within the first 6 months
• Have the ability to assist with the implemented curriculum to foster the love of learning - the directors and/or other staff members will provide support with this while your knowledge grows
• Be able to pass background checks
• Be physically able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodations
• Act as a positive role model
