Summary

For over 50 years, Gingerbread Preschool and Child Care Center has been providing family-focused care for children in the Watertown area. We pride ourselves on serving generations of families. Come and join our fun, respectful, open, welcoming team!

Duties

Provide a fun space for children to learn, grow and explore
Help children feel safe, secure, and encouraged
Regular and open communication with parents/guardians
Support and encourage fellow team members to create a positive atmosphere

Requirements

Have a positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Be able to work Monday - Friday, flexible hours
Have a passion for working with children
Take CPR/AED training within the first 6 months
Have the ability to assist with the implemented curriculum to foster the love of learning - the directors and/or other staff members will provide support with this while your knowledge grows
Be able to pass background checks
Be physically able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodations
Act as a positive role model
