Job Description

InfraHire is hiring for Tax Preparer / Enrolled Agent in MA location


- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns at federal, state, and local levels.
- Offer tax planning and consulting services to clients.
- Communicate with clients regarding tax documentation, questions, and concerns.
- Maintain current knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements.
- Assist with audits, IRS or state correspondence, and related tax matters.
- Ensure all work is accurate and compliant with professional standards and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional client service.
- Utilize tax preparation software and Microsoft Office to complete tasks.
- Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize work effectively.
- Work hours vary by season: extended hours during tax season (Feb Apr) and standard hours off-season.
- Positions available in East Longmeadow, MA, and Northampton, MA.
