Job Description

Our client is a busy accounting office, and they are looking for a Tax Preparer bookkeeping experience to focus on a specific set of clients. This is a direct hire position.

This is not a remote position.

Location: Mid-Tulsa, and within 10 miles of Berry Hill, Jenks, and Broken Arrow.

Skills:
-Personal and Business Tax Preparation experience of at least 1 year experience, or if experience is in a CPA office less than 1 year tax prep will be considered.
-Must have Quick Books Experience
-Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred, but experience will be considered.
-Accounting
-Microsoft Office
-Excel
-Data Entry
-Reception/Telephone
-Must be organized

Responsibilities:
-Bookkeeping
-Taxes
-Clerical duties
-Will need to be self-starter and able to work with little supervision
-Will manage a book of business for a specific division of the company

Pay: $20-$25 based on experience.
Hours: M-F 8:30-5:00
