This position is based remotely but requires travel within PA to provide customer support and service in designated areas.

Responsibilities

• Engage in basic to intermediate repairs of surgical instruments and maintenance tasks including ultrasonic cleaning, metallurgy assessments, and polishing.

• Enhance intermediate skilled work proficiency in areas such as advanced Dremel usage and laparoscopic inspections.

• Complete necessary documentation and invoicing according to business requirements.

• Facilitate visits inside hospitals as necessitated by repair assignments.

• Render assistance at multiple locations as per customer agreements and team demands.

• Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and make use of necessary personal protective equipment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is essential.
• Over 2 years of professional experience, with at least a year in a relevant field.
• Physical ability to handle weights up to 25 pounds and push carts up to 150 pounds.
• A driving license and a clean driving record are mandatory; must align with FMCSA specifications and pass DOT examinations.

Prior exposure to areas like hands-on repair, assembly, or any technical skill involving small tools can be beneficial.
