Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Details THIS IS A NIGHT TIME ROLE
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate's degree in construction management preferred or 7-10 years' experience as a Superintendent or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a job-related field.
- Knowledge and experience in field supervision, quality control, scheduling, ordering, safety and production throughout all phases of the construction process is required.
- OSHA 3O - Hour Construction Training preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Experience with Procore preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and basic mathematical skills.
- Must be a self-driven team player and able to multi-task and switch gears in a fast-paced environment while maintaining and fostering a positive attitude with others.
- Maintains a positive relationship with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
