Job Description
Our client is looking to fill the role of Sr. Salesforce Administrator. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will play an important role in supporting various divisions of the business as Salesforce becomes the central truth of information for the organization. This position will report to the Salesforce Solution Architect and support them in the numerous simultaneous active projects and initiatives to build out and improve existing implementations in Salesforce. This role will also be important at handling on the fly tasks such as troubleshooting user issues to keep business operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:- Work on simultaneous projects across a multitude of departments including customer support, sales, billing, and dispatch
- Creation of new objects, fields and architecture relevant to ongoing projects
- Creation and maintenance of automations using Flow Builder
- Updates to page layouts and lightning pages
- Understanding of change management and ability to push change sets from Sandbox to Production
- Managing and merging of duplicate records
- Handling of requests for building and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Upload or update sets of data from CSV/Excel into Salesforce
Required Qualifications:- At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or App Builder
- Working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and a well understanding of the standard objects in these environments
- Experience doing data loads and using ETL tools. Ability to do VLOOKUPs in excel is a massive plus
- Ability to pull SOQL queries, traversing parent objects, to query data in the system
- Understanding of how to use Jira
- Field Service Lightning experience / Field Service Consultant Certification.
