As a Skilled Handyman specializing in Electrical , Plumbing , Carpentry , and General Maintenance , you will be responsible for performing a wide array of on-site repair and maintenance tasks . Your work will involve troubleshooting and fixing various issues across multiple trades to keep client properties in top condition. This role demands exceptional versatility , problem-solving skills , and strong customer service .

Responsibilities:

• Perform general property maintenance , home repairs , and improvement projects .
• Handle plumbing repairs , electrical troubleshooting , carpentry work , and basic HVAC services .
• Install, repair, and replace fixtures , appliances , and building materials .
• Carry out painting , drywall patching , and minor renovations .
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and follows safety protocols .
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, materials used, and time allocated to tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients, explaining services, and making informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members or work independently to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills .
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in different environments.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites within the service area.
