Dimmick Group Peterbilt, a family-owned and operated dealership, is currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Service Manager at our East Syracuse, NY location. With over 220 employees across 9 locations in NY, VT, and NH, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our customers. Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with technicians, service office, and parts personnel to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Regularly communicate and report to the Service Director.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Maintain Peterbilt’s Platinum Service Center status.
• Keep customers informed about their truck’s status via phone and through the Decisiv platform, including any delays.
• Efficiently dispatch work orders to technicians.
• Review completed work orders, verify hours, and assess technician stories. Workflow management through Decisiv.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience with CDK and Decisiv preferred.
• Microsoft Proficiency
• Diesel Repair Knowledge
• Driven and collaborative.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
