Service Advisor Responsibilities - Greet customers and build strong relationships by providing a friendly, professional, and customer-first experience.
- Clearly explain recommended services, maintenance, and repairs to customers in a knowledgeable and easy-to-understand manner.
- Create accurate repair orders, document concerns, and communicate effectively with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair.
- Keep customers informed on repair status, timelines, and cost updates, ensuring transparency throughout the service process.
- Drive customer satisfaction by consistently achieving high CSI scores through exceptional communication and service quality.
- Maximize service department profitability by identifying maintenance opportunities and promoting dealership services.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing workflow, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all manufacturer and dealership policies and standards.

Qualifications
Service Advisor Qualifications - Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive service environment preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Basic automotive knowledge and willingness to learn more
- Proficiency with computers, appointment scheduling, and dealership management systems (CDK experience is a plus)
