What you'll do:

Lead and inspire: Oversee a team of writers, editors, designers, and other communications professionals, empowering them to deliver exceptional work.
Develop and implement strategies: Create and execute innovative outreach and marketing strategies that amplify our work and reach new audiences.
Manage projects and budgets: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure successful delivery.
Foster collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to drive collaboration and innovation.
Champion inclusivity: Create an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on writing and editing.
Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and other project management tools.
PMP certification is a plus.
Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, delegate effectively, and foster collaboration.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Organizational skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
