Job Description

Salary: 112,450 - 203,275 USD per year Requirements:

• Experience: I have ten or more (10) years of experience as a System Administrator (SA) supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Education: I hold a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Alternatively, I may have five (5) years of additional SA experience, which can substitute for my bachelor’s degree, bringing the required experience to a total of 15 years.
• Technical Skills: I possess experience with LINUX, Windows, Visual Basic, Python, Virtualization, Ansible, and containers such as Docker.
• Security Clearance: I have an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.

Responsibilities:

• I maintain STE/STN Compliance: I ensure systems meet security and compliance standards.
• Account and Access Management: I manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment, implementing security procedures and tools.
• System Configuration and Management: I configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install/load software, troubleshoot, maintain network integrity, and implement system enhancements.
• IT Support and Troubleshooting: I provide day-to-day IT support, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• User Assistance: I assist users in accessing and effectively using IT systems, providing support for escalated tickets and conducting detailed analysis.
• System Optimization and Capacity Planning: I optimize system operations and resource utilization, performing system capacity analysis and planning.
• Dispatch System and Hardware Support: I support dispatch systems and hardware issues, configure and install system hardware/software, and maintain server and domain security requirements.

Additionally, this position comes with a guaranteed $10,000 Sign-On Bonus. The anticipated pay range for this role is between $112,450.00 - $203,275.00, and while this pay range is a general guideline, additional factors such as responsibilities, education, experience, and skills will be considered in extending an offer.
