Senior IT Systems Administrator

Salary: $80,000 – $95,000

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to handle escalated support requests and lead corporate-level IT projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a diverse array of tasks, ensuring no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, enabling them to tackle new and challenging projects with professionalism and resourcefulness. You will also play a crucial role in helping to create and establish standards within our organization. Integrity and reliability are essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute IT projects.
• Provide guidance to helpdesk staff and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with team members to create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
• Oversee data backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell management scripts.
• Assist with migrations to Office 365 and Azure.
• Manage network monitoring systems.
• Contribute to design proposals.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT support experience.
• 2+ years of Azure experience (design and maintenance).
• 3+ years of advanced Office 365 experience.
• Deep understanding of networking (routing, switching, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
• Experience with SonicWALL management and configuration.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through.
• US work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous MSP experience.
• Mobile Device Management (Intune).
• Office 365 Security and Compliance management.
• Experience with data backups, archiving, and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with RMM tools.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Windows, O365, and Azure management.
• Knowledge of automation and continuous integration.
• Experience with MS SQL.
