As a Senior Accountant CPA, you will be a key resource for navigating complex accounting issues, staying ahead of new accounting standards, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. You will collaborate closely with teams in Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure that our processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices. Your expertise will have a direct impact on the company's financial health and its continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and ongoing compliance with complex accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842) in a SaaS environment.
- Manage the proper treatment of contracts, performance obligations, and variable consideration.
- Evaluate Goodwill for impairment and assist with other audit schedules.
- Support all areas of accounting as part of a collaborative team.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Assist with the month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit and prepare technical accounting memos.
- Contribute to financial statement preparation, including footnotes and supporting schedules.
- Manage stock-based compensation calculations.
- Take on special projects, including system improvements and process enhancements.

Qualifications:
- CPA required.
- 5-7 years of accounting experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, particularly ASC 606 and ASC 842.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex accounting issues clearly.

- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and various billing solutions (e.g., Zone, Zuora).
