Fringe / A Salon is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Brand Coordinator who has a passion for all things beauty-hair, skin, fashion, and lifestyle. This is a full-time position uniquely split between front desk/receptionist duties (2 days/week) and strategic marketing and content creation (3 days/week) .

We’re looking for someone who understands how to tell a brand story, drive traffic, and keep a loyal clientele engaged across platforms and touch points - from email marketing to reels, from in-salon events to targeted paid ads.

Your Role:

Marketing (3 Days/Week):

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies including email campaigns, SMS marketing, and social media posts.
• Create and manage content (video, photo, and written) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strategize, create, and buy ad space with proven ROI.
• Plan and attend community and salon events to elevate visibility and engagement.
• Track performance and use data to refine campaigns and messaging.

Reception (2 Days/Week):

• Greet clients warmly and manage salon front desk operations.
• Assist with scheduling, point-of-sale, and daily salon coordination.
• Represent the salon’s vibe and culture with energy and professionalism.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 2+ years of marketing experience , ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Is a natural content creator and storyteller with a strong portfolio or proven results.
• Understands paid advertising, content engagement metrics, and audience targeting.
• Thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.
• Is organized, proactive, and great at managing time.
• Loves hair, beauty, and design - our ideal candidate is obsessed with trends and can translate them into actionable content.

Compensation:

• $20-24/hour , depending on experience and skillset.
• Commission or bonus structure available for marketing KPIs and event success.
