Sales Specialist eDiscovery Services
Remote or Hybrid (New York HQ)
Full-Time | Base: $80K - $130K + Uncapped Commission + Healthcare Stipend
Only candidates with eDiscovery sales experience will be considered

What You'll Be Doing

Own the sales cycle : Prospect, pitch, and close new eDiscovery business with law firms, corporations, and legal departments

Support the full data lifecycle : Forensics, processing, hosting, review, production, and early case assessments

Build and manage a sales territory : Generate and nurture a qualified pipeline of opportunities

Position complex solutions : Present customized service offerings that align with client needs

Respond to RFPs : Prepare and deliver tailored proposals involving predictive coding, digital investigations, and other litigation support services

Keep sales tech sharp : Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and key account notes

Meet and exceed quotas : Drive consistent results across activity, pipeline, and closed revenue
What You Bring

3+ years of direct eDiscovery sales experience (non-eDiscovery sales will not be considered)

Demonstrated success in new business development and relationship management

Knowledge of the litigation lifecycle and legal tech landscape

Familiarity with tools like Relativity and other review/processing platforms (preferred)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills

Strong tech fluency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Bachelor's degree in business, Law, or a related field
