Sales Engineer Description

EPAM is looking for a skilled Sales Engineer with a strong technical background, presentation skills and a passion for AI technology to join our AI SDLC Center of Excellence team.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales acumen, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. You will play a pivotal role in driving conversations with potential clients, demonstrating the capabilities of our GenAI platform designed to enhance the software development lifecycle, and customizing proposals to meet client-specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and pain points
• Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase the capabilities of our GenAI platform
• Customize and adjust AI assistants and workflows to align with client needs during demonstrations
• Create and present proposals based on the client's specific requirements and our technological capabilities
• Manage customer relationships and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and GenAI technologies to effectively communicate our platform's benefits

Requirements

• Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate the product's value and capabilities, particularly our GenAI platform, to potential clients
• Strong technical foundation, with a focus on GenAI to design and deliver appropriate demonstrations involving live coding
• Proven experience in a sales engineering or similar role within the technology sector
• Ability to deliver compelling demonstrations and understand client needs
• Strong client engagement and requirement gathering skills to effectively customize demonstrations and proposals
• Proactive and self-motivated approach with a desire to stay updated on the latest GenAI technologies and trends
• Fluent English level

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages
• Experience in AI, machine learning, or related technologies

Salary range €3.6K-€7.2K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
