Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Roofing Project Manager to join our rockstar team!
The Project Manager will report to the Director of Production. The role of the Project Manager is overall management of the service and repair department. Duties include but are not limited to managing and training repair technicians and crews; managing the process of roof callback inspections; scheduling and completing customer repairs in a timely manner. The service crews will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, callbacks and repair work. Responsibilities are subject to change without notice in accordance with company needs.

Responsibilities:

• Addressing customer complaints and needs in a timely manner with urgency
• Call backs, repairs and maintenance scheduled daily as they arise
• Utilize and maintain job tracking system and sheets provided by Director of Production
• Maintain impeccable, detailed job notes in Acculynx
• Customer Communication is priority; quickly return calls, notify customer of changes or as new information arises, maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
• Scheduling and dispatch of field personnel daily with logistical efficiency
• Daily supervision of field employees by job site visits 
• Review of job tickets to confirm quality, safety and customer service
• Vehicle and equipment maintenance
• Review service technician productivity, quality and overall performance
• Regular training sessions to increase knowledge and efficiency  
• Regular training and discussion of safety related topics, inspections, and documentation
• Invoicing and material purchasing
• Creation of management reports such as profitability reports
• Motivate and inspire employees

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the roofing/construction industry is a requirement
• Strong field functional knowledge
• Service office supervising experience
• Experience with scheduling
• Ability to budget, measure, and organize
• Logistics experience a plus
• Good driving record- Driving record must be obtained from DMV by employee
• Organized and detail oriented
• Strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general emailing
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Ability to self-manage and work independently with minimal supervision

• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, sit, bend, twist, and move efficiently with reasonable accommodations if required
