The Westbrook School Department is se eking a full time Special Education Teacher for a Resource setting at the High School level. The position will require providing instruction for students in grades 9-12 with a range of academic and executive functioning needs within the special education and general education settings. Westbrook School District Special Services Department provides student-centered instruction to support the diverse learning needs of students districtwide, in grades kindergarten through high school. Our innovative and dedicated staff employ evidence based literacy and mathematics programs to promote student success. Westbrook High School has become a springboard for students to join the military, enter the workforce or go onto college through relevant and rigorous coursework and the guidance of our Aspirations Counselor and Student Services Department.
