Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Représentant(e) au Service à la clientèle, pour combler un poste dans nos bureaux situés à Québec.
Relevant du Directeur, le Représentant(e) au Service à la clientèle sera principalement responsable d’offrir un service exceptionnel à nos clients. Collaborant avec plusieurs collègues, le représentant devra être polyvalent et capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément. Dynamisme et réactivité seront des éléments indispensables pour réussir dans ce poste.
