Remote Radiology Scheduler

Precision Imaging Centers is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Radiology Schedulers .

To be successful in this role, the candidate must demonstrate:

• A strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and thorough work in an organized manner.
  
• The ability to multitask and troubleshoot problems effectively.
  
• Professionalism in handling high-pressure situations and a willingness to take ownership of their work.
  
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software; must be a self-driven, independent learner.
  
• An understanding of physician services offered, including capabilities and limitations, to ensure accurate scheduling.
  
• Strong communication skills to answer high-volume incoming calls and coordinate patient appointments.
  
• Accurate data entry skills to input demographics and insurance information.
  
• The discipline and self-motivation required to work efficiently and independently from home.
  
• Bilingual candidates are a plus!
  

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years experience working in a customer care or patient service position, preferably in a call center environment.
  
• A solid work history with demonstrated reliability and professionalism.
  
• An updated resume must be submitted for consideration.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 35–40 hours per week
