Position Overview: As an Entry-Level Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to build your own insurance agency within our organization. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals looking to start a rewarding career in sales and leadership. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from industry leading producers to develop your skills as both a salesperson and a leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured training program to learn about insurance products, sales techniques, and leadership skills.
• Work closely with experienced sales professionals to gain hands-on experience in the field.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives to build a high-performing team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize earnings potential.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in sales and management.
• Strong ambition and a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• A professional license in Life & Health is required, but guidance will be provided through the licensing process for top candidates!
