We’re seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a child in the 21228 area of Cantonsville, MD. What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the family’s home (21228 area)
  
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA
  
• Accurately record session data and progress using digital tools
  
• Partner with the BCBA and care team to ensure consistent, high-quality services
  
• Build supportive, professional relationships with the child and their family
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification (required)
  
• 1+ year of ABA therapy experience preferred
  
• Passion for helping children with autism thrive
  
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistency
  
• Professional communicator with families and supervisors
