Job Description: Entry Level Auto Body Shop Receptionist/Office Administration Overview The Receptionist is the first person many customers converse with when they are seeking information on a vehicle or service need. By phone and/or in person this person will effectively and happily communicate with these customers and assist them in their inquiries. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented receptionist to join our team. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service to Auto Body customers on the phone, in person and throughout the repair process * Follow up with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty * Ensure Repair Order file accuracy * Greet customers and schedule vehicle delivery and pick-up

• Keep customers informed about completion times, costs, and changes
• Assist customers with rental vehicles

Requirements: * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Superior communication skills including oral, written and electronically
• Excellent organizational habits
• Excellent customer service skills to address client inquiries professionally

Must be reliable with attendance and work well in a team setting * Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance * Familiar with CCC One * Bilingual abilities a must, Spanish speaking enhancing communication with diverse clients. * Hold a valid drivers license Benefits Available: * Medical, dental, vision
